About Eass Aslam

The person behind Baghbanpura.

I'm Eass Aslam, an undergraduate student pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology and the independent designer and developer behind Baghbanpura.

I'm interested in web design, development, and practical technology: understanding what needs to be communicated, giving it a clear structure, and building an experience that works across screen sizes.

Background and work

Information Technology applied through real projects.

I'm completing the Bachelor of Science in Information Technology (BSIT) program at New York Institute of Technology's Manhattan campus, with my studies expected to finish in December 2026.

After an IT job search did not lead to an opportunity, I started building custom website previews and presenting them directly to local businesses. That approach led to the completed bilingual Sandy Barber Shop website. Kabab King is separate: an Independent Concept, not client work.

I'm based in Jackson Heights, Queens, and speak English, Urdu, Punjabi, and Hindi. I'm currently open to client projects, collaborations, and professional opportunities.

The name

A connection to where I grew up.

Baghbanpura is the neighborhood in Lahore, Pakistan, where I grew up. The name means “town of gardeners.”

For this practice, the meaning is a quiet working principle: stay connected to my roots, work patiently, build carefully, and give useful work room to grow. Baghbanpura is led by me, not a larger agency or team.

Working approach

Clear decisions from context to launch.

  1. 01

    Understand the context

Start with the business, any existing web presence, and the information customers need most.

  2. 02

    Create a clear structure

Organize content and actions into a focused experience that remains useful across screen sizes.

  3. 03

    Design, build, and check

Carry the visual direction through responsive development, careful testing, and launch support when it is part of the project.
